In leadership, it’s easy to fall into the trap of comparison — measuring ourselves against others and believing we have to lead like them to make a real impact. Over time, that mindset doesn’t inspire. It wears us down, leaving us discouraged, distracted and doubting our value.
David Ashcraft brings decades of real world leadership experience to this refreshing and freeing perspective: True influence isn’t about imitation, it’s about contribution. In this talk, shift from asking “Am I enough?” to asking a better question — one that changes everything. You will leave encouraged to embrace your unique strengths and equipped to lead in a way that brings benefit to every life you touch.
